By accessing, browsing, or using the Racing Show website (racingshow.live) and any associated services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

Racing Show provides:

• Live Stream Equipment Rental: In-car camera systems and streaming hardware for motorsport events, enabling live broadcast of races to YouTube and other platforms.
• Streaming Platform: A web-based viewing platform where users can watch multiple live race streams simultaneously through our "My Show" feature.
• YouTube Integration: OAuth-based YouTube channel connection allowing customers to stream directly to their own YouTube channels using our equipment.
• Community Streams: A submission system for independent streamers to be featured on our event boards.

videocam Equipment Rental Terms

When renting live stream equipment from Racing Show:

• Care & Responsibility: You are responsible for the proper care and handling of all rented equipment during the rental period. Equipment must be returned in the same condition it was received, subject to normal wear and tear.
• Damage & Loss: You agree to be financially responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of rented equipment beyond normal wear and tear. Repair or replacement costs will be assessed at current market value.
• Authorized Use: Equipment may only be used for its intended purpose — live streaming of motorsport events. Commercial redistribution of equipment is prohibited.
• Return: Equipment must be returned by the agreed-upon date. Late returns may incur additional fees.

live_tv Live Stream Content

Regarding live stream content created using our services:

• Content Ownership: You retain ownership of the content captured by your rented equipment. However, by using our services, you grant Racing Show a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote clips and recordings from your stream for marketing and promotional purposes. You also agree to comply with any rules, regulations, and media policies set forth by the race organization, promoter, or sanctioning body governing the event at which the equipment is used.
• Public Broadcasting: You acknowledge that live streams will be publicly viewable on YouTube and may be embedded on the Racing Show website and event pages.
• Content Standards: You agree not to broadcast content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. Racing Show reserves the right to terminate any stream that violates these standards.
• Event Organizer Rights: Stream content may be shared with and used by event promoters and organizers for their promotional activities as part of the event coverage agreement.

link YouTube Channel Connection

When you connect your YouTube channel through our OAuth integration:

• Authorization Scope: We request access to manage your YouTube broadcasts (youtube.force-ssl scope). This allows us to create and manage live broadcasts on your behalf using our streaming equipment.
• Credential Storage: Your YouTube authorization credentials are stored securely on our servers and are used solely for the purpose of managing live streams during your rental period.
• Revocation: You can revoke Racing Show's access to your YouTube channel at any time through your Google Account permissions page.
• Google API Services: Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

groups Community Stream Submissions

If you submit your own stream to be featured on our platform:

• You represent that you have the right to share the submitted stream URL.
• Submissions are subject to review and approval by Racing Show.
• Racing Show reserves the right to remove any community stream at any time without notice.
• You are responsible for the content of your stream and must comply with YouTube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

payment Payments, Fees & Additional Charges

• Pricing: Rental prices are as listed on our website at the time of booking. Additional services, such as recording add-ons or extended storage, are charged separately as indicated during the booking process.
• Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through our designated payment processor. Racing Show does not store your full payment card details on our servers.
• Additional Charges: By submitting a rental request, you acknowledge that Racing Show may charge additional fees for equipment damage, loss, late returns, or other costs incurred beyond the original rental agreement. You will be notified of any additional charges before they are applied.
• Cancellation: Cancellation policies vary by event. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel or modify a booking.
• Refunds & Credits: Racing Show does not offer cash refunds. In the event of equipment failure or service disruption on our end, we may issue credit toward a future rental at our discretion. All credits are non-transferable and subject to availability.

cloud_upload Recording Storage & Retention

If you purchase the recording add-on:

• Complimentary Storage: Racing Show will store your recorded stream files on our servers for up to 60 days from the date of the event at no additional charge.
• Extended Storage: If you require your recordings to be stored beyond the initial 60-day period, additional storage fees will apply. You will be contacted before the end of the retention period and given the option to download your files, extend storage, or allow them to be deleted.
• File Deletion: After the complimentary storage period (or any paid extension) expires, Racing Show reserves the right to permanently delete your recording files without further notice. It is your responsibility to download and back up your recordings within the retention window.
• Download Access: During the retention period, you will be provided with a method to download your recorded files. Racing Show is not responsible for failed downloads due to your internet connection or local storage limitations.

block Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt our systems, servers, or network infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any of our software or streaming technology.
• Use our platform to transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to our services without prior written consent.

warning Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Racing Show provides its services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of our streaming services. Live streaming is inherently subject to network conditions, weather, and other variables.
• Racing Show shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific rental service giving rise to the claim.

health_and_safety Assumption of Risk & Vehicle Disclaimer

Motorsport is inherently dangerous. By using Racing Show's services, you acknowledge and agree:

• Assumption of Risk: You understand that motorsport activities involve inherent risks including, but not limited to, fire, collision, mechanical failure, extreme heat, and other hazards. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of our equipment in a motorsport environment.
• No Liability: Racing Show shall not be held liable for any damage to, destruction of, or loss of any race car, vehicle, trailer, transport, personal property, or equipment — whether caused by fire, collision, rollover, mechanical failure, electrical malfunction, weather, theft, or any other cause — regardless of whether our equipment is installed in or on the vehicle at the time. This includes, but is not limited to, fires in pit areas, on course, or during transport.
• No Insurance Provided: Racing Show does not provide any insurance coverage for participants, their vehicles, or personal property. Whether or not your vehicle or property is insured is solely your responsibility. Racing Show accepts no liability for insured or uninsured losses.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Racing Show, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

update Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

gavel Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in California.
